End of Tenancy Cleaning Terms and Conditions

  • The service is provided by a specialized team of cleaners. The number of cleaners assigned does not affect the quoted price.
  • Cleaning of Venetian blinds is not included in the standard service and can be added at an extra cost.
  • All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed before cleaning.
  • The inside of toasters, kettles, kitchen utensils, and other electrical appliances is not included in the End of Tenancy Cleaning service. Cleaning of vacuum filters, ironing boards, curtains, and items left in storage cupboards is also not included.
  • Any complaints must be submitted in writing via email with attached photographic evidence within 48 hours of service completion. Complaints received after this period will not be considered under the guarantee.
  • NeatNook Cleaning Services will thoroughly investigate any complaint and attempt to resolve it to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Our team will only re-clean areas included in the original service. Additional areas such as balconies, external windows, blinds, carpets, upholstery, or mattresses that were not part of the initial booking and payment will not be covered under the free recovery cleaning service.
  • We will make every effort to restore carpets to their best possible condition, but we cannot guarantee they will look brand new.
  • Carpet stains will be treated, but some stains may be permanent and impossible to remove.
  • Exterior window cleaning will only be performed where accessible.
  • Mould under bathroom sealants cannot be removed.
  • Any request for a re-clean must be made within 7 days of the initial cleaning.
  • Marks on walls will be cleaned only if it does not risk damaging the existing condition.
  • No one should remain on the property after the cleaning is completed.
  • For recovery cleaning, keys must be provided directly by the client to the cleaner. If key collection from an agency is required, an additional charge will apply.
  • Proof of cleaning and an invoice will be sent after the payment is received.
  • Post-Cleaning Furniture Removal: If any furniture or items are removed after the End of Tenancy Cleaning has been completed, we are not responsible for cleaning any newly exposed areas. These areas were not part of the original service and are not covered under the End of Tenancy Cleaning price. Any additional cleaning required will be chargeable.
