Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You can reschedule your booking:

• Free rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice
• £10 admin fee for rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice
• Subject to cleaner availability

Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be processed:

• Within 5-7 working days
• To the original payment method
• Full amount minus any applicable cancellation fees
